Quality Assurance is a systematic approach for the monitoring and
evaluation
of call handling to ensure that standards of quality are being met.
QA is a proactive approach to identifying risks, performance issues and
liability concerns before they happen.
This full day program is designed to provide the following;
- Examine the need for Quality Assurance practices in the communications
center environment
- Benefits of a Quality Assurance program
- How to create a successful QA program
- Quality Assurance professionals tasks and duties
- The knowledge, skills and traits needed for the QA professional
- Quality Assurance national standards
